Client Relations Coordinator
The CRC position is a member of the Relationship Team within the VIP Department. Responsiblities include maintaining relationships with 100-150 accounts and taking the Project Manager role for new site designs on 15-30 new projects at any given time. Responds to customer requests and questions regarding service, products and account information. Analyzes and rectifies customer concerns using established procedures. Ability to learn new systems and follow established procedures is a must. Phone skills and experience in customer-facing positions preferred. Reports to Relationship Team Lead

Integration Specialist
The Integration Team serves as the support to the Relationship Team within the VIP Department. An Integration Specialist is a full time, salaried position expected to assist the Relationship Team in every phase of project or live account maintence. Also responsible for providing quick and accurate help to clients via scheduled phone calls or the online live chat system. Ideal candidate should show aptitude for learning new systems quickly and implimenting established procedures. Experence with HTML, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver are preferred. Reports to Integration Team Lead.
